By accessing the Site or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Information you provide directly: Full name, dental practice or business name, email address, phone number, mailing and shipping address, handpiece brand/model/serial number, and any information included in free-text form fields (such as issue descriptions or messages).
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, date and time of access, and device identifiers. This information is collected through server logs and the technologies described in Section 6 below.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health or medical information, biometric data, or precise geolocation data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the following business purposes: processing and fulfilling repair orders and mail kit requests; providing free estimates; communicating about the status of your repair; generating and sending shipping labels; responding to inquiries submitted via our contact form; improving our Site and Services; preventing fraud and spam through security tools; complying with legal obligations; and enforcing our Terms of Service.
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We retain personal information collected through repair requests and contact forms for up to three (3) years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to fulfill our warranty obligations. Server logs containing automatically collected information are retained for up to twelve (12) months. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal and contractual obligations.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, secure server infrastructure with restricted access, CSRF token validation on all forms, Content Security Policy and HTTP Strict Transport Security headers, and role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site and Services are designed for dental professionals and businesses and are not directed at individuals under the age of 16.
